Bakersfield Falcons History

The Bakersfield Falcons Football Team was formed in July 2006 and joined the National Public Safety Football League in the spring of 2007 football season. We are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization recognized by IRS as of October 2006, and California state tax exempt as of October 2007. Our players consist of Correctional Officers, Parole Agents, Detention Officers, Police Officers and Firefighters. Our players work locations are Kern Valley State Prison, North Kern State Prison, Wasco State Prison, Delano Police Department, Kern County Sheriff Department , California Highway Patrol, Bakersfield Fire Department and Kern County Fire Department. Our charity organizations that we have choosing are the Kern County Sheriff Activity League and Juarez Boxing & Concept Fighting (Youth Program).
